Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair screens for water treatment plants and Oil&Gas plants according to blueprints and technical specifications.
• Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques, including MIG and TIG
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to determine job requirements.
• Measure, cut, and shape metal components using a variety of tools and equipment.
• Conduct inspections of welded joints and completed structures to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain and perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and accurate project completion.
• Document and report on work performed, including any issues or modifications needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Boilermaker in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG and TIG.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in fabrication and welding tasks.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in fabrication and welding.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment.
