Meet The Directors!
Bridgeen
Bridgeen, originally from Co. Armagh, Northern Ireland, has been living the dream in Australia since the beginning of 2017 and trying to change how Recruitment is done.
Meeting people is her passion and she thoroughly enjoys a good chat over coffee or a cold glass of wine by the beachfront.
Where did the love of recruitment begin? Bridgeen studied her degree in Human Resource Management at University, whilst working in her first role. Once she obtained her Degree she studied another year with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. During this time Bridgeen began working in Recruitment specialising in Blue Collar recruitment across Northern Ireland for various Manufacturing and Logistics companies and this is where her passion really started. She was hooked!
Bridgeen then began working for a Global Recruitment company in Northern Ireland within the White Collar Manufacturing and Logistics space and it was very clear that her drive, motivation and passion for recruitment shone bright and led to great success.
Fast forward to 2016 and Bridgeen got the wheels in motion for a relocation to the land down under. Bridgeen began her Australian journey at the beginning of 2017 specialising in White Collar and Blue Collar Manufacturing and Logistics across Brisbane.
Fast forward to Oct 2020 and Spectra Recruitment Pty Ltd was born.

Frank
Frank originally from Co. Armagh, Northern Ireland has been living in Australia from the beginning of 2017 and has a background within the Engineering industry across Ireland, UK and Australia.
Frank had a strong passion for travelling at a young age, meeting people across the world and developing relationships in a number of different countries.
Frank's career started when he began his Apprenticeship in Engineering Fabrication and Welding in Northern Ireland, and from here he gained experience across Ireland, UK and Australia leading Mechanical teams and developing his skill set and passion for all things Engineering!
In 2017 Frank arrived in Australia and continued his career within Manufacturing Engineering, Sheet Metal work, Boilermaking, Maintenance Shutdowns, Mining Shutdowns and Project works across SEQ, NT and WA.
Frank combined his passion for people and his Mechanical background and found his love for Recruitment in this space.
