Spectra Recruitment will not bombard you with phone calls. Of course, we like to check in to see how things are going but we trust our clients and our capabilities. We will arrange follow up times with each client individually so that both parties are clear from the start on what is expected.

We may even be cheeky enough to ask to take a tour of your facility. This allows us to see the environment, meet some of the team, get a "vibe" of the culture and to understand what it is you do! Without this information you cannot be guaranteed the best person to fit the role.
